Coated Stock

Coated paper is where the paper is treated with a mineral coating after it has been made. This coating gives the paper a smooth finish without the additional costs of laminating.

The main benefit of using coated stock, is that it gives your prints a nice, smooth and professional finish. Whilst it does not quite have the quite the same luxurious look and feel of laminate, it can be more cost effective.
